Job Description:
RogersCasey is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Darien office. This position requires a high level of confidentiality and will support both the head of consulting as well as members of the consulting group.  As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative and project support. You will be the vital link to coordinate meetings and communication between our consulting and research groups. Responsibilities will include:
  • General administrative support, including but not limited to, faxing, filing, copying, typing and phone coverage as needed
  • Attend and take meeting notes
  • Provide support for the company conferences
  • Manage requests and problems with a professional, problem-solving approach
  • Assist in production of client reports
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Coordinate and arranging meetings and travel

Minimum Qualifications:
Prior experience in an administrative/executive assistant capacity desired, preferably in a group support role. Strong experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to rapidly learn new software as it becomes available.  Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
